I hereby acknowledge the disclaimer of liability provided by the organizers for damages of any kind. I will not make any claims against the organizers or sponsors, nor their representatives, for damages and injuries of any kind that may arise from my participation in the booked event with Kiteriders Touristik OG and Gröhle Travel. I participate in the training sessions with Ja Myburgh and the kite surfing courses at my own risk and responsibility.

I hereby declare that I am sufficiently trained and healthy for kite surfing and fitness sessions. I also confirm that I can swim. Any medical treatment will be at my own expense and will be settled either through health insurance or privately. This includes all direct and indirect damages as well as any claims that I or my heirs or other authorized third parties may make due to injuries suffered or in case of death.

Furthermore, I indemnify the organizers, hosts, and helpers from any liability to third parties, to the extent that these third parties suffer damages as a result of my participation in the event.

If I do not participate in the kite surfing and training event, I have no claim to a refund of costs. This disclaimer of liability also applies to accompanying persons.

I agree that the data, photos, film recordings, and their reproductions mentioned in my registration may be used without any compensation claims on my part. My data may be digitally stored for the purpose of the event.

By booking, I finally declare that I have carefully read and expressly agree to this disclaimer of liability and waiver
